Klaus is a software engineer, service designer and entrepreneur based in Innsbruck/Austria with a degree in information systems and management. He is a lecturer for service design and agile project management at various universities in international programs from BA to executive education.
From 2010 on he worked with Marc Stickdorn at the Management Center Innsbruck as a researcher and workshop facilitator in the international research project “Service Design in Tourism” funded by the European Union. Klaus published numerous papers and case studies on service design in various books and journals.
Klaus is Co-founder and CTO of More than Metrics. In his role, he leverages his knowledge in software engineering with service design and agile management methods. He introduced a unique framework to enable a smooth transition from customer journeys to an implementable roadmap that fit’s customer’s needs while reducing entrepreneurial risk.
In a nutshell, I simply like to build usefull things. I love to bring people together to build, launch and grow products and companies.
He is teaching Service Design at various national and international universities and institutions. He helps organizations of all sizes in their transition to an agile, customer centric approach of serving their customers, users or citizens.
His passion for prototyping, testing, building MVP’s and playing with all kinds of technology is the key driver for his entire professional career and the foundation for constant innovation as Entrepreneur.
